Please note we only ship within the UK via the Sign Shop website.
Stocked standard items – Orders received before 12pm will usually be despatched the same day.
Custom-made signs – Orders will be despatched within 5 working days from receipt of order.
If you have ordered a mix of standard stocked items and custom made signs we will hold all items and ship them together.

Returns policy
We expect our products to meet your expectations and will take all reasonable steps to ensure this.
However, if for any reason you have to return products to us, you MUST use our Returns Procedure to assist us in prompt and accurate processing. To arrange a return, use the returns option on our contact form.
When arranging a return, you should have the following information to hand:
- Original order number
- Details and quantities of products to be returned
- Delivery address / postcode
